Larkspur House was completed in November 2009.  This building is a designated non-smoking complex comprised of 46 units situated in the heart of the new Wesbrook Place neighbourhood at UBC. It includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 2 and 3 bedroom two-level cityhomes.  The building features a keyless entry system as well as an enterphone at the main entrance with an option to prescreen visitors via in-suite cable.   Hot water is included in the rent.  All other utility charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
